I had the privilege of working with Rachel as a participant in one of her mama Pilates classes last summer. I was extremely impressed with her understanding of women's postpartum bodies and what support we need. She is such a caring and genuine person. I strongly recommend her services to any pregnant or postpartum woman." -L. Zarfas, Corvallis
