Before starting any other fitness program, mamalates is the essential first step to reclaiming your core postpartum. Some elements of the mamalates method are safe and beneficial to begin just days after birth, while still recovering in bed. The full program is perfect for women six weeks postpartum, or whenever your healthcare provider clears you to return to your exercise routine. Mamalates is the place to start. Pre-mobile babies are welcome at group classes and private sessions. Whether they nap, play, or nurse, mamalates class instructors adjust and remain flexible to make sure babies AND mamas both get what they need during class.
